Meglet - he’s a great cyclist. I’m more worried that I’ll be the one having an accident!! But will be fun

You’ll be fine. Enjoy it! Dumped guy has dropped off some books I leant him, via my neighbour. He’d have known I was out at work. I have a book of his but my leave it a bit, he obviously doesn’t want to talk (we’d originally discussed handing books over and having coffee) |

I had a lovely time in Cornwall. We were mostly in the sea with my pal's 3 dogs at Harlyn Sands and then paddle boarding with her daughters at a lake. Loved it. I checked out Tinder while I was there coz my pal wanted a look. I'm quite keen to meet someone who lives on the coast. Hmmm. |

Sounds goo RS! I am quite curious to see if anyone around here is on Tinder... I very much doubt it. Can ne take a look without revealing oneself? |

So now the next big question - what do I wear?! Reckon it’ll be warm still. Thinking drive over in a midi dress for comfort then take my run kit to change into for the biking. Capris or my skirt though! Decisions...

Packing a toothbrush too HC?? I think there is something about living near water, very good for wellbeing etc. My parents have made the decision to sell up and move to the coast . Must admit I quite fancy being nearer the sea too. Got an evening of beach volleyball with one of my social groups tonight. Lovely to make the most of the hot weather |

I could thoroughly recommend living near the sea. We are 2 doors down from a stony beach and 5 min drive from a really nice sandy beach for dog walks and swimming. Our canoe club launch from our beach and a few other local ones on a Wed evening during the summer. You can't beat it

HowFar?
I'm about 10 miles from the coast, but right next to Lough Erne so I can see water from the bungalow, which is very calming.

I’m a long way from the sea and there isn’t a river in Harrogate (it’s at the top of a hill!). But I have a view of a cricket pitch, which I find very peaceful, especially as there’s very little road noise despite being not too far from main roads. Such a change from my old house where I backed into a main road. There’s also so much green space here, I’m so pleased I made the decision to move here.

I'm about 26 miles from the sea where I am. Though it is very green where I live, with lots of trees, which is good. I get to run along a disused railway line, which is lined by trees. Gets used by other runners, dog walkers, cyclists and horse riders, so is very peaceful and sociable. |
