Nothing to report here either. I think later on this year I might be ready to give online another go, but we'll see :)

I did indeed Maz. That was the postie that I kinda hooked up with last year, in that we saw each other a couple of times, but he ditched me via message when I was away in Manchester. He sent a Christmas card, so we have been on friendly terms since. Nothing romantic in there, but he's a keen cyclist, so he 'gets' my running. We like some of the same geeky stuff and he plays Cello.

Many years ago I once had a date at parkrun but nothing romantic ever came of it. In fact we never really spoke much after that but I think he kept park running

After my recent mishaps on the on line dating front, I have abandoned the idea... but... I seem to have 'pulled', quite inadvertently, on Instagram :-o I showed my friend his comments and posts and our 'conversations' and she said yup, definitely something going on there... And I suggested I'd like to come and see his garden, he answered that he'd like that very much... So, when Spring progresses, and I can find a free day, I am going to arrange a visit to his garden, so I can meet him. I bet he is either married or gay though... Oh and he wants to come and see my medicinal garden too and learn morre about plant based medicine... Probably a euphemism for controlling me, eating my food and trying to move in ;) No, in all seriousness, I think L was one of a kind! After the initial shock of him sneaking out in the dead of night, I very quickly got over him after collecting my stuff...

My daughter is seeing someone she 'met' via common interests and conversations on insta

He lives in Hertfordshire and has been up to Aberdeen twice in 2 weeks to visit.

Young love ❤️

Her being loved up just makes me feel lonelier to be honest!

No news here either. Though spring is nearly here, which seems to produce stirring of sorts....

Aw Maz. Lovely for her but bittersweet for you.

Oyster! Lovely to see you.

No news here. Tinder is weird. Some blokes put in the description that they don't want to chat for ages and would rather go for a coffee. They end up chatting for ages and just when I'm about to suggest a coffee, they stop responding. Otherwise, some of them say hello and then block you if you don't respond quickly. Annoying.
