I also feel like there's less waffle now than there was in the earlier ones. Or perhaps I'm brainwashed.....

I think the waffle reduces as the 30 days progresses personally - though i may too have been brainwashed ;-) !

Another one for enjoying the pigeons AND hating the ‘do your own thing’ - i’m happy to ‘go with the flow’ and ‘deviate from the standard’ / ‘find what feels good’ type varying in a session, but a whole session of doing my own thing.. no thanks!

18 miles really wiped me out yesterday and I couldn't move from the sofa for the rest of the day.
So this morning I did day 23 and day 24 back to back, and just now I did day 26 and then day 25 to 'Unwind'
I now feel stretched and relaxed and ready to pull on my trainers again tomorrow

I don't think I want to do a freestyle session, I need to be told what to do! I've surprised myself by really enjoying doing yoga regularly this month - I'm definitely going to keep it going as much as I can. A thread for sharing would really help!

24. Meh. Flowy stuff not my thing but it felt short, which was good. I pretty much always have to add hip and ankle mobility stuff now. At least I know what I need :)

I won't manage today - need to be around for LittleD so don't want to go upstairs and do yoga. It also means I can't do the ironing :)

About This Thread

Maintained by Sharkie
In January 2016 fraggle decided to follow Adriene (of Yoga with Adriene fame -only she wasn't 'quite' so famous back then). It was the start of Adriene's second 30 Days of Yoga and fraggle started a thread and asked anyone interested to join in. I did, I completed the 30 days and I got a PB fpr my 60 metres at the end of it so it was certainly not detrimental....

ANYWAY

Fancy joining in with this year's 30 day programme - 'Home'?

Here's the link to Adriene's site, the link for 'Home' is right at the top
