Managed to get over to the nearest Buddhist centre for the first time since moving here 4 years ago. Was great to reconnect with a Sangha.

Sounds lovely Captain Today I have had a very muddy dog walk - there is something about squelching through mud in your wellies (although the dog is sulking after having her paws washed). Now to try Day1 of the yoga challenge |

My self care at the moment is lots of rest, I've been poorly and have chronic joint pain and am struggling so much with tiredness, so I'm doing lots of resting, early bed, daytime naps etc.

A day shopping with mum, wandering around John Lewis a nice lunch and a good gossip - checking up on how she's doing stops me fretting and therefore counts as self-care

Feeling a bit blue and have little of value to do at work so I'm going to take myself for a walk and listen to an audio book. I would love another coffee with LindsD sometime |
