um Feb 2020 6:51pm, 25 Feb 2020 1,774 posts	0 um I can recommend catching a boat/ferry/water taxi (including idling around to watch fish thru the glass bottom) and then running back (with the wind behind). Followed by a few beers, then volcano walks. Although the lava field tracks do mean a lot of sharp grit in the shoes. I think I enjoyed it more than the cyclists going into the wind. [and certain fetchies seem to have the island sewn up in conquersize with cycling & swimming. Should I log my 6-10 x 10m lengths of the villa pool? Seems a misnomer to call it 'swimming' when half the distance is 'pushing off' ]

C9 looks a tiny bit better she’s been on NSAID since Sat, we’ve struggled to get 3 doses in her and I’m surprised she’s been willing to go to school as she looks shocking and really hasn’t slept well. They do seem to be working I hadn’t considered they might be making things worse we have opticians on sat and dentist on mon

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-)

And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
