That's great Daisy :)

I'm going to let myself download a new album for Friday's long run.

um
I can recommend catching a boat/ferry/water taxi (including idling around to watch fish thru the glass bottom) and then running back (with the wind behind).
Followed by a few beers, then volcano walks. Although the lava field tracks do mean a lot of sharp grit in the shoes.
I think I enjoyed it more than the cyclists going into the wind.

[and certain fetchies seem to have the island sewn up in conquersize with cycling & swimming. Should I log my 6-10 x 10m lengths of the villa pool? Seems a misnomer to call it 'swimming' when half the distance is 'pushing off' ]

7 miles walked and 3 miles run today, mostly avoiding showers although the trudge back from shops with c9 was in a vile storm.

C9 looks a tiny bit better she’s been on NSAID since Sat, we’ve struggled to get 3 doses in her and I’m surprised she’s been willing to go to school as she looks shocking and really hasn’t slept well. They do seem to be working I hadn’t considered they might be making things worse :-( we have opticians on sat and dentist on mon

I did wonder if it could be a reaction to flu sniff jab. If it’s stress over MrS I’m a bit scuppered really. So hoping the dentist the optician or the weekend clear it

The Adriene yoga for neck and shoulders is great for releasing tension and only 17 mins long. You can do it in a chair. Worth a try for any muscle tension in that area.

Hope her head eases soon, I know my teen years were the only time I ever had many headaches or migraines

Love morbage, what a great word!
I can’t remember everything else, too much to catch up on. Lovely run along the esplanade with S today between eating and shopping :)

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
