Love the fact that you can generate your own heating Nellers! My recollection of rowing was you could get a real sweat on! Enjoy!! Glad you are getting back to running. Take it gradually, of course, and you'll be right as rain. :-) G

Nellers
WOre shorts but a long sleeve and a vest. Started with a second long sleeved shirt and a hoody and woolly hat.

5 minutes in I ditched the hoody and the hat. 10 minutes in I was down to just the long sleeve and vest. by half an hour I'd had to put a fan on!

Cooled down really quickly after I stopped though.

Sigh
It's not looking promising for getting the option to set a target for training hours in 2020 - I added another feature request yesterday (# 432) and it's had 3 'Yes', 11 'Meh' and 1 'No' :-(

Upvoted :) I'm sure I asked for this (or a league) back in the olden days.

I need to do a little over 100 hours between now and the end of the year to score my highest annual training time ever. It's unlikely, but my second highest is in sight.

About the thread:

A shout out if anyone else wants to set themselves a goal in terms of time training (hours).

Remember, whatever you want to count as training... counts as training. If it's walking the dog, cycling to work, mindfulness and meditation, knitting, whatever you want to track, you track the hours!!

For anyone who wants to join us - it's easy, just estimate how many hours a year of training you want to do, and each month we see if we're on target.

2024 is a GO! :-) G

Here we track time spent doing anything you want to track as training. Ideal for non-runners, cross trainers, walkers, the injured etc!

Inspired by Sigh's blog (even though he's not playing any more!) fetcheveryone.com/blog/83896/2019/7#blog395919

Time has now been added to most logs, summaries and graphs, so thanks Fetch! :-) G
