That's true AR. WFH and furlough has allowed a little more consistent running although we've held off the long runs.

My WAVA would be a considerable way below 60 if I were to have a 'proper' race at the moment I suspect. Just hoping to keep my fitness levels more or less... level, until we crawl out of this eventually.
