Well done both. I'm not doing great. Same as gg. Too many meals out and too much working from home/stress.

Well done GG and Woo

Life is pretty crap at the moment, and so is food consumption.

Hopefully I can get my head in the right place this weekend, actually get food shopping and organised. 3 weeks till my holiday

Mandymoo sending you hugs and positivity, it sometimes all gets too much trying to do everything and feels overwhelming.

I know I often feel like it rules my life, I don't want to miss out on nice things, be it consuming nice food/drinks or doing fun things that include food and drink. While I am still overweight I do think I am ok and don't need to worry - then I do. It makes me dizzy.

Maybe trying to change/influence just one area is enough for now, 3 weeks to your holidays you need to be enjoying and looking forward don't make yourself miserable.

One thing I told myself is I am the shape and size I am and my people love me anyway, so ok if I was a bit smaller I may feel happier but its not the only thing that matters.

Not very weight/health orientated but it works for me.

I also read (well audiobooked) Body Positive Power by Megan Jayne Crabbe, it is an excellent book at making us work on what is important. Be kind to yourself and with that you will be more relaxed and then you can work on changing eating habits xx

:-) wise words that we should probably take on board.
Life is too short to always be feeling guilty about what food we eat and what shape we are but it is a difficult cycle to step away from :-(

Its very difficult LG I keep trying fail and try again. It was like the mirror I was twittering on about last week I believe the mirror that makes me look bigger than the one that made me look smaller the latter was obviously a mistake - why?

Happy with the scales this morning. Been a bit more mindful. 3lbs to go. As my hamstring is iffy, one way of helping ensure I can get through my HM in 5 weeks is by being a bit lighter.

Morning :)
Weighed in this morning and have lots another 2 lbs! :-O I have surprised myself because I have lapsed several times this last week. Very motivational when you see a loss like that.
Not sure how the weekend's going to go. We're going to be away in the motorhome and there will be eating out as well as snacking on stuff I should be snacking on. Will try to mitigate all that with plenty of exercise.
Onwards and downwards!
