Fragile Do Not Bend
Forgot yesterday’s update but today and yesterday were on plan. I’m glad it’s the summer as I’m dealing with my sweet cravings by eating low calorie ice cream and mini twister lollies.

Well I had corned beef pie, chips and gravy it was delicious and cravings are over with.

To be honest eating all the Doritos was a good idea I’ve been in a proper crisp mood lately now I don’t want to see a crisp for the foreseeable future I need fruit and veg so tomorrow may be a new day!

Also really wanting to go for a run I’ve been out of love with running for at least a month now I’ve dragged myself out a couple of times but literally dragged myself out. Now I feel ready. One week to go before I’m allowed to run (small cyst removed from my back last week) hoping I’ll be chomping st the bit by them.

Great work Frag finding the alternative is the hard part I find.

Fragile Do Not Bend
After my ponderings about a target weight, I decided to go with the same target as last time I did SW. This week I lost 4lb which put me half a pound under target!! I’m still convinced last week’s weigh in was wrong (where the scales showed a half pound loss), but that doesn’t matter now 😀

I’m glad I got there this week as we are staying with SIL this weekend and it’s going to involve a BBQ, desserts and alcohol. 😄

After my crazy day yesterday back on plan today. I have had a fabulous lunch of tomatoes, avocado and mozzarella it was amazing but light and indulgent.

Making chicken satay from Pinch of Nom for tea. I enjoyed yesterday and all crazy cravings have gone. I guess sometimes we need a relaxed day.

Great work Frag that must give you a big boost. Enjoy your weekend if you need to you can always take some non alcoholic drinks with you to alternate?
