I appear to have hit the self-destruct button - haven’t exercised or done any mindfulness practice for a week and have been rather too free with the sweets. Despite that I’m down 1.1lb on the previous week. But this morning I am exactly the same as my average for last week, I need to get my finger out or I will be moving in the wrong direction.

So.... do the right things.... little steps!

me too Rev :(

I'm eating as if I'm running big mileage and not running at all because I'm still somewhat lurgified. Today was supposed to be drawing a line and getting back to it - but I had a scone for breakfast!

Little steps, don't try to change too much or be perfect
luck

Fragile Do Not Bend
Bugger, half a pound on and second gain in a row. I’m blaming it on the time of the month causing fluid retention and also making me want to eat sugar like there is no tomorrow.

Queen of Cups
Got my 10% award last night😀and finally saw a number beginning with a 9 on the scale. Still got 7lb to go but I will then be my lightest for 20 years. Glad I am not putting pressure on my knee joints but it hasn't made me run faster, yet!

Hi gang I’ve been mia lately but so much going on at home at work and life.

Work I was in a tizz with the workload if I moved businesses with the latest transformation I think I may have sunk. Anyway all ok I’m staying out so back to plan A. Home we’re decorating well hubby is but that means I’m picking up everything else as he’s working long hours then busy in the house when he’s in. We’ve been getting quotes for someone to landscape the garden it is literally full on.

I’ve had a quieter couple of weeks running wise recovering from Kielder but pressure back on as it’s Windermere Mara in 5 weeks.

I’ve not been as focused on eating as I should be (although glad I’ve not got the pressure of working with Helen) and first couple of weeks my weight went up then stabilised and now dropping again. Will check the spreadsheet but I’m about 6-7lb down now this year. I feel tons better I can actually see a difference and clothes fitting much better.

With everything I’m not sleeping very well and I’m exhausted we did have a lovely chilled week at the boat last week and away for pretty much a week from next Thursday which is lovely but adds to the pressures above but the nind & body space is welcomed.

All in all things are good and there is more positives than negatives and that’s all I can ask for.

Motivation and hugs to those in need and remember we all have bad days/weeks but we need to pull up our big girl pants leave what’s happened in the past and start again.

Morning GG :-)

What a great post ( other than the stressy bits!). We can only do what we can do and it sounds like you are managing everything with the right attitude.

Kimbles
Hi All

Same a GG - been missing in action for quite sometime. However pleased to report that after 12 weeks I am about 1kg from my weight goal, although its not really about the scales for me. Weight down, shape changed and fitter and healthier now than ever.

I've another maybe 2 weeks on "shred" then I will be in reverse stage so hoping that goes well and I dont lose the plot and eat everything that is not nailed down lol

Hope everyone is well.

Plateau'd at 83.3 kg for a few weeks now. Was down to 82.4 in March, from 89 at the start of the year. Next phase is required to get below 80. (having been ill for a month or so hasn't helped).
