Well done Rev. Today has been a much better day food wise for me. Am taking one day at a time and need to sort out what is upsetting me food wise. I think my body may react to chocolate ..... |

I'm hoping the scales had a glitch last week, I had a nasty surprise. I've just received some new uniform in Unisex Large (I assumed men's sizing) and it's... snug. Cba to exchange it, so less cake for Lizzie. I tried Konjac noodles today - a bit rubbery but might help. |

I truly, truly do not understand my body. I binged last night on ice cream and cereal. I consequently expected to go up, but no, down again. Maybe I should be pleased - but no, it’s just confusing. If I ate more sparingly, would I gain weight? Ah well. Overslept this morning, I think the body rebelling against the clock change after 2 days of complying. So I haven’t been for my morning walk, but will have tomfit some walking in later. Determined to get back into the 10K steps a day habit - I made it by the skin of my teeth yesterday by wandering round naked for 2 minutes before getting into bed! |

My body is weird like that too, although sometimes I find there can be a delay, it’s annoying when you think you’ve been good but it takes ages to show. 1.2lbs down for me today. 4 mile walk done this morning with the pram 😊 |

Well done Mandy 😊 I lost another 0.4lb today, so that’s 1.6 now, and I’ve got a 4 mile walk in before the hail.

Frustrating few weeks, hovering round the same weight up and down a few 1lbs either way since the New Year. Good intentions are breaking down with re-introduction of sugary snacks in the evening which I need to knock on the head. Post PT session last night went and bought a load of easter chocolate, had a malteser bunny and though yeuch this isn't even good chocolate! No idea what I was thinking buying it all. It's now sitting in the office to be shared whilst I'm munching carrot sticks & houmous. Need to get back on it have another 2 stone to go as reminded by the not very flattering pic of my waistline in a hi-viz volunteer vest last week
