parkrunning this morning gets me to where I hoped to be.

Living out of the caravan this weekend. I seem to have forgotten to bring running shorts! Warm in leggings.

I run in the park where a park run is held---but I avoid it on a Saturday!!
Fine running Mrsb. What next?!
Furthest run for me for eleven months today (9 miles) but can't see me going much further than ten. Easy slow running in wonderful balmy weather. All change soon!

Well done Steve, upping your mileage.

Ran 10 miles in the forest this morning with a running friend. The pace was slow, yet my heart rate was much higher than usual.

Good that you are back after three weeks Dave_K..quite a big "start" though after a break through injury? Hope everything stays in good shape now.
Ugh to HR hillstrider! Hope that the HR jump is not because of any of the reasons generally thought to cause it. I'm still disappointed with my HR and running at about a minute a mile slower for the same HR at all levels compared with last year--I'm hoping it's because I've not put in much real effort in training...

good going Peter! I'm only on 240--once you lose a couple of months of good running it's hard to chase that red heart! Happy with how things are going though and a good month for me so far.
