GFA too Mrsb..magnificent! Despite everything you've done a fab pb.

Did my longest run for 6 months this morning (a measly 8.1 compared with most of you!) and am well fed up with the chill wind.

Well done MrsB and all. Impressive, and given the circumstances, very impressive indeed!

I hope the next few days and weeks are easier on you and yours.

Ooh Lesley I'm sorry you weren't with them then (another sticker ;-) ) but that would be totally weird you on holiday with friends who were on holiday from their holiday (I won't explain :-) )

I shall have to try and convince my wife to holiday in Scotland (too cold she says).

Well done MrsB, a fab time, despite the unfortunate circumstances.

Keep it up Steve, I see you are climbing up the league table.

I ran a very hilly 8.26 mile forest run this morning with a club mate. It was hard going at times, into the strong, icy wind.

I wish FF 😉 but yes that would have weird. You should really come to Scotland, tell your Mrs it’s not too cold in the summer. Although it’s cold today.

Argh! I've posted a couple of times but nothing has appeared!

Thank you for all your support. It means a lot to me. It has been a strange weekend - felt like we were in a bit of a bubble. Got home a couple of hours ago, and will spend our 25th wedding anniversary tomorrow dealing with undertakers!

ohhh..sad times Mrsb with the good times etc overshadowed somewhat. Hope things go as ok as they can do in such circumstances.
Twenty five years-- a good total! Take care of yourself/selves.

At last the wind has gone! Far more pleasant running without that chill this morning although it was raining.

And a brilliant run this morning too - 3 easy miles, no pressure (apart from not making myself late for all my other appointments today). So much to do... at least it is the Easter holidays so I have a bit of time available.

Still not running but have walked up a few Scottish hills (Conic Hill, Ben Lomond and Ben Ledi). Will try running again when I get home.
