Well done everyone who's charged past the post well ahead of time Toe still playing up therefore long run wasn't - did 7 and a bit. 67/100 less than 5 a day average needed so not out of reach yet.. |

Well done Minardi! Lots of good mileages building up. I'm right on the cusp of doability after a longer run before parkrun yesterday - 72/100 now. Unfortunately for the mileage target I have a stag do to attend - which may (will) nobble Saturday/Sunday! |

Thank, FR and mmm. I’m going to try and get most of the mileage done before the weekend but at least there is that option if I don’t get the mileage in.

27/100 - Still struggling a little. Did manage 3 runs this week though with no pain, so that's good. Southport parkrun on Saturday with both kids which was great to see them both doing it. I'm hoping to be back for the 100 in May, aiming to get back up to 20-25 a week by the end of April. |

67.6/100 This morning was a half marathon that I entered ages ago - pre-injury. A few of us from out club had said we’d pace some other club mates to sub 2. However, around 8 miles one of our group had started to fall off the back a bit. I dropped back and tried to reassure him that we were still in target, but from 9 miles on he was battling with his head, and was periodically stopping to walk - I stayed with him and managed to get him to keep the walking breaks to 10 seconds before getting going again, but generally a bit of a failure on my part - 2:05, closest he’s got previously is 2:00:49. On the plus side, I managed 13 miles without any problems, so hopefully I can resume marathon training now. |

Gobi, if I did 10k in 38 I'd be dead too. Good pacing. Well done! |
