I usually train on Tuesday and Thursday, but am away tomorrow so did 6 on the tredders tonight. 5 mile race on Thursday, so a couple of rest days

Just back from my 5 miler. I’m so pleased with my new Petzl bindi head torch. It’s probably not bright enough for off road but great for the dark spots on pavement running. |
