10002.

Probably quite a lot more, since every time I lost count I started at the lowest number I was sure of.

But the important thing is that when I started the challenge, the first day I could only manage four press-ups with my knees on the ground. On Jan 20th I did two full-length ones and then it was Feb 27th before I did more like that. May 27th was the final day I did them from my knees.

Last ones done. Finished with 22505 against my original target of 20000. Also exceeded my 50,000 combined press ups and sit ups target so pleased :-) Going to keep those targets the same for 2020 and look to include some other stuff into the daily routine as well.

Well done everyone. If this thread caused you to do more press ups than you'd have done otherwise then you've achieved something positive.

Great achievements everyone, sounds like it's become a bit of a habit. :)

Great progress ChrisHB! Well done FF, and sounds like a great idea.
