It might be worth a go Dio x I’ve already walked more than I should as a result of taking the wrong bag with me. Rosehip did you find massages helped? There is something twitchy around the back of my knee that really doesn’t help. I’m wondering about acupuncture and massage again but only because I fear tomorrow’s ultrasound review will show nothing and the only positive and helpful action I seem to be able to do is to avoid exercising |

Morning. Good luck for a good outcome tomorrow Dipps. Gloomy day here but at least the club run won't get drenched like we did last week. |

Seren - hoping the ultrasound will reveal some helpful information. Not so much a Senior Moment as as inadequate explanation. I was intending to refer to the graph which shows a straight grey line running from 0 on 1st January to 400 on the 31st December; and the wiggly red line that meanders along with it. Anyhow, all is now bundled up and put away until next needed. And I did a chilly little 2 miles this morning, which has resulted in my still being at +0% and still with a . The did a 2-hour stint in Tesco's porch with 2 other people, helping with the Foodbank collection. |

Snake belly day, Dio? "On thy belly shalt thou go and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life"? Or some entirely different snake?

I was thinking about the expression “lower than a snake’s belly” but that’s actually about being sly and underhand when I was thinking about my mood and outlook. Your biblical quote seems quite appropriate.

At the club waiting. Where the fuck is everyone? We are supposed to start at 7:30 and I’m the only one here. This is why I don’t come very often.

Seren - yes, elbow in glute/top of hamstring seemed to loosen off my whole leg somehow and the tightness in the calf that pulls and upsets the PF was definitely reduced. Must get another one soon! not-so-delayed DOMS in glutes after pilates this morning and then spending too long trying to lay vinyl floor in loo/utility means I didn't get around to running. Must prioritise better! |

Evening all Not keeping up very well but an skim reading. Day 2 of gym instructor course and we were doing resistance training today. I am going to have major DOMS! Heading for an early night. There has been very little running! Hopefully that will change at the weekend. |
