At first I thought that RH had rather hairy knees. Top tri-ing LD! Hurray for running up and down Butser Fleecy. My race went very well, I managed to run all except a mini walk break on a small updulate and came in at 56.49 so well within the hour I thought it would be. It still amazes me what a difference pinning a number on can do for you. I did notice my heart rate at over 200 at one stage though. |

He wasn't running, but he was standing.... but I don't think he was intending to be seen, iyswim. Well done, Fleecy. Missed that. And well done, AR |

Butser was lovely but maybe too hot - - there were at least two people who keeled over and I dont think they were in a good way. I had a lovely time watching Fleecy having a lovely time though |

Lovely is like your weather down south is still amazing, cold and windy up here. Think I will take a walk along to the golf club and se how the OH is getting on.

Great running AR! Love those photos Dipps, it's fun watching other people have fun, but in a different way I'm waiting for the results to be uploaded from this morning's event. I see that, like in May, there are four of us in the F60+ category. I idly googled the other three names, as I didn't recognise them. One of them appears to be a regular age-group podium finisher at GB level I can safely say I'll be coming fourth out of four again then |

Well done Fleecy, LD, LG and AR (Sorry if I’ve missed anyone!) I haven’t achieved anything like you have but I’m chuffed with myself for having run 2 miles on Friday and again today |
