This week ends with me about to attempt my first run in my Walsh's since that Beast of the East last winter!

I'm off down onto the sunshine filled beach - taking my camera to boot... it's time for some open air running - I am thinking of making this a regular Friday "treat"

Having completed two good gym sessions this week I need some fresh air time - I've still not quite worked out how to manage the training I want to do.. it's really hard to do running and gym and swim is my note to self and basically my week day evenings have been full to the point I feel I've have little sofa chill time.. I need to re-think

CAN
- Run on the beach on a Friday

- Get two gym sessions in - and run on that dratted treadmill (man I find that boring)!

- Work out how to be more prepared food wise

Finds of the week
- Lidl frozen mixed berries... add those into porridge oats overnight and some honey - bingo - perfect easy breakfast

- Raw stuff.. I'm thinking I might try raw stuff and ham mix for lunch box next week - easy to make

Hello

Ended last week on a bit of a blow out and my worst parkrun ever so I retreated to sulk in a corner ;)

But feeling positive this week
I Can run 4 times (2 done already)
I Can stay under my calorie allowance (3 days so far including gin delivery day

I Can find smiles every day :)

I do love you northern - that's exactly how I was feeling yesterday - not really sure why - it's been quite a "emosh" week at work - I've realised it's not stress it's emosh - and it's the team that generate that... I'm on a bit of a mission to get them to stop as it's actually us that drive that wind up irritating kind of silly emosh stress

So yeah - I think I had a big Meh Sulky thing last night - I felt rubbish, ate rubbish, ran rubbish and was very nasty to myself in my head about what I look like etc.... not very "Can"!

SO... today is beautiful here - I am going for my new Friday beach run come hell or high water (high tide has passed I think - better go check.... it affects my beach route if the tides up) - and it's clear as a bell with amazing sunlight on the water - I'm determined to make more of getting out and about here this year - it's where I spend alot of my time and I CAN enjoy it more

So... can's this weekend

- Run 5miles tomorrow ! I CAN I CAN I CAN!
- Go to the gym at least once for a swim and piddle about on the weights
- Smile!

Still not gone and now the tide IS in and it's foggy! LOL.. should be a fun run at 3pm

Get out there anywhere and run ;)

Swapped my Tuesday off for today so I ran this morning and there was still a chill in the air :)
