OK.

Now I want a sidecar :-) Or at least a go at one sometime... That does look like some fairly bonkers fun :-P

That sounds fab Mandymoo, I really must go one of these years the footage looks amazing. I would probably also be on a bicycle now. (I did one of the last years of the IOM cycling week in about 2000 - it was a whole week of criteriums, road races and timetrials all across the island, usually a couple of weeks after TT week so there were many hay bales still in place on the circuit.)

Wow what can I say - that was bloody awesome. Loved seeing the bikes and sidecars the noise is just brilliant. Boss's house is right on the track so just wandered down to watch.

Isle of Man is beautiful too 😁

:)
I haven’t been over since 2005 (my eldest is 12½, do the maths...). Hoping to maybe go next year as I have a significant birthday.

In other news, ITV4 are showing the road racing from Norn Iron for (I think) the first time this year. Watched Tandragee last night and have Cookstown taped to watch this week. Hopefully they’ll cover some of the others too, like Ulster GP maybe. When I worked over there in the '90s we used to watch those races live. It was amazing.

I think the closest thing you can get on this side of the water is the racing at Oliver’s Mount.
