Iโ€™m back in the game. :) I wonโ€™t be doing too much though. Legs still recovering from all the walking in Barcelona.

I was off work last week so was able to pay far more attention to this than I normally can (sorry R4R ;) ). Upshot is that I'm now even further into nosebleed territory but have five green spots for the first time :)

This week - I've just been to the blood donors and am off grid all weekend so need to take a step back. Accordingly, I'm giving myself a week off.

I've had a few weeks off pre/post Manchester but back in the game now and raring to go. However, now tapering for London so this week I'm on a strict mileage diet. ๐Ÿ‘‹@ JB.

Enjoy the taper Macca. Iโ€™m back on it after a couple of weeks off - hoping for a couple of big weeks for my target race next month. Home for most of this week so mainly running in grid

This game & life don't meet at the moment. I'm skipping week by week.

belated congrats CA - I was soundly beaten. I had a cunning plan try try to recover some ground on Sunday but I just ran out of time - I did make a small dent in your lead, but too little too late. no doubt meet again soon

Cheers R4R - you more than kept me in sight last week. So much so that I was concerned that taking my long run on Sunday out into the fells may have lost me the game. It was won earlier in the week then - the chance to get out early every day is clearly a major advantage.

ITG - sorry, gave you an easy week last week - was on holiday and forgot to press the 'give me a break' button!
