I just added my last run from Saturday and my Sunday one manually in the end. Today's cycle commutes went through fine.

Thanks! It remains to be seen how much I’ll do in grid but I’ll give it a try.

I have a John Bach (hello if you are lurking, John!).

He does an "easy" 5k in 24 minutes :-o

He's also unbeaten in at least 5 weeks and posts his workouts before I've even brushed my teeth.

Welcome back Chrisity. I’m not sure that having a 15 miler will slow you down. You seem to run that distance pretty often. I’m preparing to be severely beaten.

Hi ITG. I have a border collie who gets me up a 6 every morning (I don't need an alarm clock). Yes, run is usually done by 7am, but it should enable you to plan your run to mop up other squares.

I grew up with collies - wonderful dogs but tireless! I'm plotting my run for later but I don't think you should sweat too much.

Doc - my turn to taper & race off grid this weekend so I’ve front loaded the week, all downhill for me now.
