I haven't done much this week and JCB was 122-4 ahead. That is until I did my walk this lunchtime. It's 121-5 now.

Lulu, if it is any encouragement i don't do much in grid running over the weekend, but having to visit my mum in hospital everyday involves cross grid cycling which makes your life a lot harder.

Well done McGoohan. Sorry your mum’s in hospital Chrisity. Mine had an op on Tuesday. I won’t do a long run in grid tomorrow as have a Christmas run with club. What little I do today won’t have much impact either. Your victory is well and truly cemented!

My run from Thursday finally agreed to shuffle off my Garmin onto the computer this morning. This morning's run is still sulking in the circuits somewhere, but as that was an out-of-square parkrun it doesn't matter. I have squeaked a 9-point lead over SoaPM but I do not expect that to last long. |

I don't think 142 to 33's too bad considering I haven't been able to get near the grid since Monday , but i'm sure Mr MaccatheCracker would have kicked my butt anyway
