Marvin, I’ve got the multiplayer battle to worry about.

I’m very lucky with my square - it is in the Surrey hills and only saw one man and his dog on my 4 mile this morning.

it was just a short one! (5 x 5m "fast"(ish) and a little jog/walk in between).

I do have six envelopes to deliver but I might leave that till later in the week...

Having got a 200 squares badge doing lots of medium length runs, I think I want to do some actual training this week. This Tuesday is the running club's hill session, so we have been set to find a 4mile route with hills and "work those hills!" I live on a hill with 5 different ways up it, then do some other training runs in the week.

Part of the fun of lockdown is seeing the improvements that have come from running at my own pace and being able to push myself.

Ow! Just been smacked by Shortcut Cam's bike ride. This could be a very good match this week, (depending on any changes in government regs of course!)

Not sure how this week will pan out McGoohan. I’m not running due to injuries so limited to the bike and it’s not very exciting. Today’s “little” ride was in-grid primarily to hoover up FP bugs.

I delivered my letters. It was a way to get DS14 out for a decent walk.

Annoyingly, my Garmin didn't record location for first quarter mile or so of this morning's run. It recorded distance and time, but not location, so I'll have to go out again to grab those 2 missing squares:

Maybe tomorrow - I've done my exercise for the day, unless I do a very circuitous route to the local shop

Nice circuitous walk, away from winniefree's patch. Not sure I can manage that every day!
