Did they upload as walks, or did you have to change the category from run to walk?

Raptors Claws are Coming to Town
I can confirm that my walk uploaded as one point and my run uploaded as two points today, but the only overlap was a single square and I can't remember what number it had in it beforehand.

Yesw - cracked it - my garmin defaults to 'run'. Even though I changed em to walk as soon as uploaded, I think behind the scenes it thinks 'run'. I've now altered them on the garmin connect site to 'hike' and re-uploaded and it works.

One of my Garmins recognises "walk" as A Thing. If it didn't, I'd record my walks as cycling before changing them on my training log so that they got the right number of points.

There is some way of altering my garmin pre-run/walk but I'm damned if i can remember how to do it. I just tend to set it going and worry about it later.

After all that fiddling I am no longer 66-53 ahead. It's now 67-53. Woo.

Yep, the Huke app records as a walk. Walk is natively supported on the 245, 645 and 945 if you’re lucky enough to have one

The Fenix range also support uploading walks (and hikes, and any custom activities built on the same base profile) as walks.
