Is that challenge you did 20r20 Jef? I might try to fit that in somewhere over the next few weeks.

Sounds sensible, Muttley. Hope you had a good run?

The 20r20 challenge sounds tough. I'm still struggling to get the s/r below 26 on the steady rows, so going to give that one a miss.

I could do with something like a graphic or a recurrent bleep at the required stroke rate to try to keep in time with, as I find I lose concentration and then the s/r starts creeping up again towards 30. Does anyone know of an app/PM5 feature or any other technique I could try to help work on this, please?

If I'm seeing my s/r get out of hand I pause and count "one ... two" at the end of the recovery, before heading back down the rail for the catch.

(Aye CW, a decent run, I'm a bit out of practice but beat my target time of 90 mins by 40 seconds so pleased enough. Two years ago it would have been closer to 80 but lack of training and advancing decrepitude saw to that.)

Nellers, yes, thought I'd give it a go before my nights. Had a few days off just sleeping, eating and working. Back to some normality now.

CW, .. try this imusic-school.com

There are some good Metronome apps too.

20 sum feels a bit slow for me as most of my long stuff within the wolverine plan runs on a 16, 18, 20 spm pattern.
