Morning and *awe* RA happy birthday Linds Is oldest boychild's race today - the 10-mile hill race he's been training all year for. He's so nervous, poor thing - we all know how that feels! |

Alex! for Linds' birthday Another lovely morning here, hope it's the same for all 700ers. Little bimble on the cards and I think it's one of those days where my run will end with wading into the sea to cool my legs |

Have a fabby birthday Linds Awesome job RA with some extra for the support. Lots of to mini Ymee and everyone else running or racing today. Pleased to say that the antibiotics are doing their job nicely. Leg is much better today. The doctor I saw yesterday was doubtful about my ability to do Devon but I am remaining very positive. Options are available if I don't think I can do the full but we will see. Keep your finger crossed please. |

Morning. Lovely Linds - have a lovely day Brilliant work RA Night of the 10km pbs was good, but exhausting. They didn't get enough volunteers so there was no opportunity to have a break between races and we had to rely on spectators to hold the Lane 3 barrier in places - not good once they'd all a had few beers. I'd definitely go again as a spectator again. The last couple of races were amazing. And, I caught up with the lovely Mr & Mrs Jigs. |
