I'm following Paul Tierney's 'dot' and he's picking off the peaks in style. Not knowing the nature of the challenge, how is he actually doing?

It's a formidable 'ask'. :-o

He finished day 1 - which Steve Burkinshaw ran with him (heart that) about 40 mins down on SB's time I think. Gained time steadily all day yesterday and checking against the times in SB's book I think he was about 1 hr 45 ahead of time on Lingmoor.

Don't know what the weather has been doing or will do - looks like it's been at least damp in places.
Very impressive

Excellent Ally-C :) I need a dog-free walk so I can get on edges again.
What's the weather like?

Well done Ally. Did you go from Patterdale? I've been over there myself today. Changeable weather Ros!

From Glenridding, wet and start and finish. Sunny at top and descending via Swirrel(?) ridge.
