Yes just start again and put in a starting time.

I think I will start again in Monday as I need to do intervals as I have a half marathon in 6wks time

Just done my 5k reset (at the same 'tourism' parkrun I did my 'original' time at in order to try to keep it as close to accurate as possible).
Original back in July was 29.35 - today 28.58. I actually should have done the retest last weekend but was on holiday all that week and as a result did no training at all in week 10 but managed a threshold run which I counted last week as my week 10. Hopefully if I did PJ properly (and had a few more Aces and a few less Jokers) it will improve still more - but pleased with how it went generally and the discipline of 'training' rather than just 'going for a run' was good for me.

OK - signed up for this. I think my running needs a bit more structure and motivation than I can get from WSW and Fetchpoint - especially as it gets darker, colder and wetter in the mornings! Did my first parkrun yesterday to get an initial time. Looking at the diary it will be Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday this week for the three specific runs this week.
