My first time being at the Fetchpoint and I really enjoyed it and meeting you all. It's amazing how quickly the time passes when you are having fun! I will definitely be back (unless I manage to make it on to the other side of the fence when I will try to come up with a challenging request for you all!). |

Today my feet ache, my calves are cramping, my hammies are tight, my back is killing me! I dread to think what state my body would be in if I actually ever ran a marathon!!!! Well done to all you amazing runners, glad we could give you a little boost to help you on your way whether it was to a world record, a pb, or just to cross the finish line. |

I owe a big thanks to you all, whilst I'm relatively quiet and stalky on the Fetch site I loved shouting "LETS GO FETCHIES!" both times I ran past yesterday. You all responded with woops and hollers that made the hairs on the back of my neck stand up - you were all superb! I was in a blue heads together vest with 'PAUL' on the front. Thanks for playing a big part in me smashing my PB and trotting round in 3:47  Gold standard performance from you all!! (Even if it says bronze at the top of the page - must be wrong )

I'm delighted that we were able to give so much joy and encouragement to people - it's massively satisfying and enjoyable:-) And all the runners deserved it. Marathons are bloody long and very hard work whether you are at the front or the back. Santababy - I hope you also heard us at 13 miles: you passed just as the lead men were coming back the other way and we hoped you'd not felt that we'd missed you!! |

Thank you sooooo much Fetchpoint - amazing cheers. You guys are truly awesome and the boost you give both at mile 13 and particularly at mile 22 are just what is needed. Thanks again and also for welcoming my sister (Kath) to Fetchpoint.

Sorry I couldn't make it guys. Life. I had a ballot place for this year which I have defered until 2018. If I actually ever start to run again, I will be seeing you from the sweaty side of the fence and in dire needs of your services. That is a big if currently though. |

I echo the comments said above. The response to my cry of fetchie at 13 miles was great, and it was a definite motivator from at least mile 20 to get to fetchpoint. At least I was running when I went past the second time, but it was great to know the support was there. If I aint running next year then will definitely consider coming down to support!

Well done everyone, it's lovely to read the comments and the difference that you made to so many people. Sorry I missed you, stuck with my club group. Nearly popped by as we came through the underpass but was running out of time so turned right towards the finish. Great day out
