Welcome to this year's 2000 miles thread. It's pouring with rain, a Trump presidency is on the horizon, London marathon seems so far away it might as well be in the next century, but that little clock saying 38.5 miles a week cannot be ignored. Who is in?

Excellent Nelly! I notice postie has already logged 17 miles! Ouch, I can barely consider walking currently.

17miles, with 8@MP! Although I think it was only on Christmas Eve, or the day before, that Postie decided he'd not be doing 18miles at 6am-ish on Christmas Day!

I'll see how I feel a bit later before deciding whether, and if so how far, I'll run today.

PLOPPP!!!

Morning, just arrived from the 2016 thread, thanks to Carp and NSC's help.

Running in a minute. Normally do 10k on NYD, but it will have to be half that today. Happy running to you all.

Oops, wrong thread, no way I'm doing 2000! Please excuse me while I quietly exit out of the side door.

Nice to see I'm being stalked by the strava users already! ;)

I'm in again, with two marathons lined up this year, I'll probably end up closer to 3000 than 2000. :-O

I'm in again but it will be by accident rather than by design as my training will get a restructure in 2017. Need to make room for more bike miles and swim time as well as a little weights/core work.

Lets see how I'm doing in 3 months time :-)

Can I be in, please? Last couple of years miles have gone 1635 then 1837, so 2000 should be the next step?
