Wrap up warm Lesley, it's cold today in the Heid, 3 or 4 degrees without the wind chill, suspect it won't be much better in the Broch.

It’s freezing in Banchory too, hoping the wind dies down a bit tomorrow. They have changed to route again for this race (3rd time in the last 5 years) so we start and finish with a lap of their fancy new track.

No PB today but wasn't far off. Cold head wind and a slight uphill on the last 3 Miles zapped my energy.

Unlucky Lesley, 1 min slower than PB is a bit annoying. I am sure you will smash it again soon.

I did my longest training run for a couple of years. 13.3miles in 2:00:02 which I was pleased with as I was not pushing it too much.

I am only 5 miles behind the break even point for this 1000 mile challenge now; might even be able to have x-mas off from running. ;)

Good effort falcarius.. where did you lose those 2 seconds!!?!
Pretty good run Lesley, head wind is a real spoiler.
Just completed 1100...so I should reach my target of 1200 easily.

8 yesterday, including a nice new shiny 10k pb of 44:52!

Should breach 800 this week.
