The school is going to open/ the school is about to open? I have some vague recollection that 'ya' is more of a marker of a change between past than present than an exact translation of 'already' - and can sometimes mean 'now' or 'anymore' Finished the Spanish tree today - just in time for my next trip abroad. |

Thanks Cerat - that's very helpful. It was looking for 'the school is going to open now' but I couldn't get it to make much sense as it looks to me like 'the school is already going to open'.
