Stay on it HP! :)

Off to Leeds wall tonight with the club, hoping to get on the features wall as I've not had a go yet... :)

Pleased with my efforts last night. Beat my 6a and 6a+ demons at Leeds (couldn't do them at that wall). The feature wall is super cool there!

Didn't make it to wall on Wed so popped along today. I had a much better session in the absence if the 'big boys'. QP's instructor was there and invited him to take part in a competition. He has to do 4 routes (he gets 3 tries at each) which get scored. If he does well he could be invited to final in Glasgow. He nailed the first one first time, got most of the way up the second. It was a 6a+ which he's never tried before. Goodness knows how he will get on with the higher grades.

Ooh, a climbing thread! I've just started doing indoor bouldering and got really addicted to it. Only on about V2-V3s at the moment.

They've just added a cave at my local wall. Can't wait to have a go.

I felt like sh*t when I got home from work tonight. Tired, headache and totally unmotivated to leave the house, brave the wild weather and climb. An hour & a half of bouldering and I felt brand new. This happens often and same for QP (who gets very stressed). Climbing is awesome :)

eL Bee!
A couple of solid hours top-roping at Keswick with V'rap this afternoon.
Despite being fully 7kg heavier than the last time I climbed 'regularly', I was pretty pleased with how I went today.
Better form and technique and after warming up on a couple 5s, stuck around 6a/6a+ and a couple of delicious 6b.
Very not climbing fit though!!
