In the new year I am looking to start running to and from work.

Can anyone recommend a bag I could buy?

It only needs to be big enough to carry clothes for work, lunch & towel.

I use an Inov-8 Race Pro 18. I think it's now an 'old' model, but you still see them available. Fits a change of clothes, shoes, lightweight towel and room for some food. I see from my log that we have now run together for 1,392 miles and 188.4 hours - and I've been very happy with it.

Karrimor don't do my bag (Elite Hydro 15) any more, which is a shame because it's been excellent. Closest I can find is an X-Lite, although they seem very cheap so not sure how well made or robust they are these days.

I reckon 15litres is probably enough, more than 20l will almost certainly be too bulky for running.
