FGDNB - Unfortunately no showers but... we can arrange to hose you down if needed. The water is a bit cold in winter but useful for getting rid of the mud. Not been inside but, there is a baby changing/toilet that might be ok for a post run wash. Failing that, if you visit in early July you can book a post run massage in the lavender fields - planning needed for these as they get booked up months in advance.

Oh well, when I get round to visiting it’ll have to be the usual wipe down with baby wipes. The lavender massage sounds nice!

Meanwhile, back in the world of Inaugural parkruns, both Middleton Park Leeds (now Middleton Woods) and New Earswick can be removed from the sidebar as both have started recently.

Looking further ahead - Ulverston (which seems to have escaped the list over there ==> ) is very likely starting 23rd June

Cancel that start date for Ulverston - they've (sensibly) postponed because both neighbouring parkruns are cancelled on the 23rd. Will await a revised date and let you know.

There may be an inaugural parkrun happening near you. Best to check with the local parkrun volunteers to see if they want you to know about it or not.

Otherwise there are plenty of already established parkruns to go to in the UK and abroad, see: parkrun.org.uk
