Waiting for my physio appointment. I *could* describe it as a massage but as instructed, I've taken some paracetamol in preparation so no relaxation is likely to happen.

45 weeks x 5 days x .75 hour = 168.75 hours a year given to work for no pay. Amazing how it adds up. Mornage. Sports massage this morning and then I might go to the tennis, it's only qualifying but it's free today. |
