The guys with the camera had a very low & wide angle - it was sort of taken from waist height. I was running alongside Fred and Wilma when they were interviewed and didn't appear either! Although the pink wig man helped me find me a couple of times.  In fairness, there are bits of that route I didn't recognise when I drove it one time. All those "closed off" side turnings (with people/marshall/portaloos/bollards) really confused me! |

darn it I forgot to watch the TV coverage, when was it on ( see if i can find it on catch up ) not that I saw the TV cameras there at all so doubt i'll be on

Not me - I’ve done them all so far, but it clashes with a trail race I like in the Lakes this year. Seems like a good time to break the habit. You doing it?

LOL. Jabberknit, your best bet then is a windy gusty sort of day, I've overtaken the Minion in the York 10k, as he got blown into a shop window! The 10k target (and I think possibly the first fur-fabric suit to finish) this year was a Wookie. I wonder if he's doing the marathon dressed like that?
