Ah Nutso, it's weird when big life events happen and it feels like we've forgotten how to run (just when we need it most). Be kind to yourself and find a way to run that makes you feel good and makes you happy. Gingers crossed you can enjoy your HM but if it looks like something that's going to make you feel bleugh then don't be afraid to DNS. Life's too short to make ourselves miserable, there are plenty of people who are all to happy to do that for us! Not on Fetch though, cream of the crop on Fetch x |

Evening all. Just popping in on my mobile so excuse any typos! Love and hugs Nutso xx. Broken up from work, just as well because one if my colleagues was getting very grumpy and we all need a break! Not managing to run after work still, it’s so dark and I’m too tired. But with some time off I hope to try and nudge up to 500 miles. Goals for the block down there for next year are 500 miles and the Windermere marathon in May. Nowt else planned, but that is enough for me 😀 |

L10 thank you I have to say I’m finding the same problem post work and seem to have exchanged a run for spin as I feel safer. I hope you can get to your target and have a great Christmas 😘 |

Wombling Plodder (Welsh Womble)
Hope you all had lovely Christmas' - us Wombles had a quiet and peaceful one in Suffolk spending special moments with loved ones. So 2019 is almost at an end, and 2020 will soon be upon us. Although 2019 didn't quite go to plan for me, it was an ok year In summary this is what I got up to … * 340 days of +30 minutes of something each day (for the 4th year) * 259 miles run * 690 miles walked * 53,402 steps in one day * ticked off my first marathon * also got a half marathon PB * raised over £1,000 for The Guide Dogs Plans never go to plan, so rather than focus on the negatives I am going to celebrate my achievements Here's to 2020, my golden year Happy New Year everyone xx |
