Genuinely puzzled to see solar powered birdbath - didn’t realise birdies liked the chill off the water

Fragile Do Not Bend
Last night I went into the bathroom, filled my contact lens case up with solution, put the lids on and went to the bedroom. And then wondered why I could still see.

I have an exam tomorrow. My senior moment was starting the course that leads to an exam. My brain can't return information any more, and sadly the teaching has been pretty dire.

[I recognise that phenomenon, Heinzster. I have a pair of colleagues who are always waltzing off to do "training courses" on a particular area of medicine in which they both claim to have special expertise. They don't seem to come back knowing any additional important stuff; I probably keep more up to date by conferring with Dr Google when I have a conundrum. I don't think exams are involved, though.]

I’m visiting my mum today, about 45 min drive away. I planned to bring my nephew’s birthday presents along as they live round the corner from mum. Inevitably I forgot so I’m going to have to do the drive again tomorrow. |

I omitted to specifically ask T7 to shut the front door. Fortunately I popped home half an hour later...

Leaving the house this morning - I had my helmet, rucksack, keys, bike and had got through our back gate and the alley gate. That was when I realised that I was still wearing my slippers. You might see slippers as a senior moment all by themselves, but I don’t wear shoes inside so they’re very useful to slip on when needed... 👣 |

Hubby misplaced a pair of sunglasses over the weekend. This morning while putting stuff together to take to work, managed to find them without realising he'd found them, until he picked up another pair of glasses thinking "so which pair did I put away earlier?". The earlier pair being the misplaced sunglasses...he doesn't remember where he retrieved them from either.:-o
