No, but I did start getting seriously concerned that my heart rate was continuing to rise even when I'd stopped. I think a visit to the opticians was more called for than the doctor.

I did it with my race number once. Someone shouted out 55! at me in a 10k and I thgt I was on for a PB

someone at the Ryde HM shouted 123 to me when we were about halfway round, and I thought 'bloody hell, that's slow!'. It turned out he was counting how many runners had gone past him :)

I was doing a training run. I thought I was doing well when I looked at my watch and it said a distance of 8. I thought it was miles, then realised I had set my watch to show km.

Dropped in at the doctor's to try to arrange a Shingles Jab, which I should get at 70. the receptionist went to see the nurse and came back to inform me that I had had it in June.
