No, but I did start getting seriously concerned that my heart rate was continuing to rise even when I'd stopped. I think a visit to the opticians was more called for than the doctor.

someone at the Ryde HM shouted 123 to me when we were about halfway round, and I thought 'bloody hell, that's slow!'. It turned out he was counting how many runners had gone past him

I was doing a training run. I thought I was doing well when I looked at my watch and it said a distance of 8. I thought it was miles, then realised I had set my watch to show km.
