early bird
I use an app called period tracker through playstore. You can symptoms for everyday and it's helped me keep a record of everything. For example last month I had 5 days of spotting with two of those including bloating and cramps (you can even put the intensity down) followed by a 3 day period and another 3 days after that of spotting. You can add a lot more symptoms different symptoms from acne to joint pain as well as the usual. There's a notes section for each day to free write anything and there's a mood section too. (which you can also add to) If you feel the need to add weight, water steps etc you can. Obviously some of the things are behind a paywall but I'm just using the free version as it does enough for what I want. It predicts period lengths 🤣 for you too.

You can add loads of symptoms on the app I have and you change the cycle length for each individual month as you go along.

By turning on the menopause/perimenopause setting on Garmin, it's added in a bunch more symptoms, one of which I wanted to add to the list. I can't figure out how to add my own extras though.

I could probably do with tracking how I get on with the change in pattern taking the combi pill Rigivedon as HRT. I'll be taking my first back to back pack next week.

I've had some weird energy troughs this week, but was putting it down to poor food choices (grab and go on the run and too much sugar). I haven't run or done any training since Sunday's race, and was feeling really stir crazy, so I did early yoga this morning and felt so much better. But since then I've had stomach cramps and an upset tummy, so I reckon I've been harbouring a bit of a bug.

I had a few unpleasant night sweats a couple of years ago, but the main symptoms now are very poor memory and general irritability. No idea where I am in the process, and not sure what I should be doing. The memory is getting really irritating, which is symptoms squared, perhaps. 🤔
