1:27:27 at the Rock'n'Roll Dublin HM this morning, not quite what I was hoping for but wasn't able to re over at a short but steep climb around Mile 7. More or less walked/jogged and walked the rest of the way. Need to get much better on hilly routes.

I have been looking at my HR figures from my recent half marathon. I am surprised at how stable my HR is across the whole of the run. According to my Garmin 735 I was consistently at 157-158 (with a max of 163). I assume I would have been running just under 85% of max HR? Is this realistic for 1hr 30 of sustained effort? This would make my max HR at least 186 (158/85*100=186). Thisbis slightly higher than I would expect but isn't unreasonable.

I have another Half in three week and contemplating attempting a faster run and wondering what the HR stats are telling me about where I can improve.

Isn't the rule of thumb 90-93% max HR for a half? 85% sounds too low.

Yep, I'd agree with that. My most recent half was, apart from first couple of miles, pretty steady at about 93% max

Just took a look at my May HM, 164-167 from mile 4 onwards, I don't think my max is higher than 182-184. At the time I thought my HR was actually a little lower than I'd expected - would expect more 167-170 I think for me, but perhaps that's a sign of my max HR dropping a few beats through aging as I've had a few years when I couldn't trust HR stats due to dodgy equipment.

I was also about to say I've certainly sustained in the low 90%s for my 10 mile pb. But you indicate you are not certain of your max HR, which could be a different modifier. A 85% level would indicate you felt it was comfortably hard, but you could have gone on a few miles more at that pace... was that true?
