Never tried jackfruit. Will look out for it. Quorn is a moderately convincing meat substitute. IMHO. |

I used to like paneer, cheese is off my menu as it gives me huge amounts of phlegm. I do like quorn...the pieces make a good 'chicken' curry.

Mutter paneer, the veggie curry of the very gods themselves. I've found myself strangely drawn to halloumi which I did not expect. There is still no excuse for celeriac. Mash it and it looks like Smash and tastes like celery. Double plus ungood. |

Ah yes, useful with the bat too. There is nothing wrong with celeriac. Drain it well before mashing, lots of butter and pepper. |

Basically mashed anything = vehicle for as much butter and pepper as it'll take, maybe a bit of cheese. Oh, and bacon helps too
