One of my daughters had a Pokémon Go phase. I stopped asking about it after she showed me the bird flapping over my kettle (cartoon bird poop in the coffee, eeeew) and the infestation of rat things in the local Asda.

Yes, Garfield, from a few pages ago, I was extremely undertall for my impressive weight (5ft 0in carrying 15st/210lb/95kg) before I realised I was turning into my own mother, who is currently on a regime of about 27 pills a day for her various ailments. That's when I got back into this running lark.
