I wasn't blindly panicking all Sunday evening about it and I didn't have a dreadful night's sleep and a horrible nightmare about Chernobyl. I love my job and I'm good at it.

Part of the problem is I don't know when it's incompetence, when it's laziness and when it's downright dishonesty. Sitting, watching you lie to me and try to extort more thousands of pounds for your shoddy, poorly-communicated and delivered work has given me a stress headache and an unnatural desire to fetch my cricket bat.
