[(((((Corrah))))) you've probably already tried the thing where you focus on your immediate environment and count 5 things you can see, 4 things you can touch, etc? like this therapistsb.com - when you get the crying point. Not sure it would really help with the long term over thinkage, but it has helped me get out of the toilet cubicle I was hiding in at least]

Stop fucking questioning literally EVERYTHING I say bitch!

[colleagues were chatting about the film On Chesil Beach, line manager mentions that she’s not seen the film but read the book. I said “oh, that’s an Ian McEan novel isn’t it?” Her “ooh no, I don’t think so”. Yes it fucking is. I wouldn’t mind if it was this one thing, but it’s everything, work and non-work related, several times a day every day]

[would it work to say something like 'oh, I wonder who it was then' and google it immediately, so she has to admit your correctness in front of everyone but you don't seem confrontational about it? or would she just be too oblivious to register it?]

[Rae, that’s exactly what I did, however she is indeed too oblivious to notice such things. It’s just frustrating that no matter how many times she’s proved to be wrong, she always assumes she knows best and everyone else is an idiot]
