you really need to shut the fuck up and get over yourself. I have no doubt that if I said something I would be branded and overly sensitive snowflake but you are offensive, annoying, and have zero concept of what some people go through with their running. you have no concept of what "couch to 5k level" actually is. i can tell you that 7 miles in 7:30 pace is NOT it.

Thanks, I appreciate you stacking up a load of house calls for a Monday morning and leaving me the job of arranging a community hospital admission that you "didn't have time" to do on Friday as your final flourish before buggering off on holiday for a fortnight.

[MN, you need to ignore these people! The ones who are most noisy and insist on "mansplaining" running are almost always the couch potatoes who couldn't run for a bus and are trying to self-justify their own laziness.]

[I spend a lot of time ignoring this one, who says things like "my run today was so terrible, a 90 year old granny could go quicker" when running a 19 minute 5k, but every so often he gets under my skin]

[yes, them too, Maz. They are why I am not in my local club in Iceland. That and membership fees of over 100 pounds a year just to run alongside them - and be left behind on long runs (this has happened to visitors which is just disgraceful).]

The cat didn't use my drying swim towel (which was hanging on the chair) to cover her litter try.
