[My MiL is usually quite nice to me - asides from the odd comment about how nice it would be if we had kids, I'm hoping she may ease up on this now I'm 38 - she could, however, do with being a lot nicer to Mr J, as could his dad. They both fawn all over his younger brother, who is one of the most objectionable twats I've had the displeasure of meeting. Families are weird.]

I didn't get bitten by an alsatian on my run today (I realised that the dog had broken free from the tent it was tethered to so stood stock still and tried to stay calm, lucky it was me and not a child, I am ok btw)

[I didn't need treatment as I am fairly sure my tetanus is up to date, I reported it to the park security as I was concerned about children that will be in the park, the owners should have secured the dogs better]

[Just seen the photo in the gallery - that's awful. Did you see the owner, and have you had it looked at? You might need antibiotics. ]

[I agree with carp, if it's broken the skin you may need antibiotics, just looked in gallery. Hope it's OK]

[I hope I'm not going to be a MiL from hell...my son has his faults - sadly like his father in many ways and my DiL is lovely. My MiL on the whole wasn't too bad, but Ex was the first child/grandchild is was spoiled and I put up with his 'stuff' for too long]

Fragile Do Not Bend
No more work colleagues have decided to throw in the towel, but it wouldn't matter anyway as management will quickly get the jobs advertised again. We have plenty of other staff to take up the slack meantime. None of my other colleagues look like they might leave.
