I refuse to feel guilty because you're asking for a service that doesn't exist. If you want it, pay for it.

I'm sure she is anxious. Do you think all the other patients are not anxious? Also, feel free to come down and tell the tissue processing machine all about how anxious she is, and see what effect that has on the speed it works at.

Two hours rubbing diatomaceous earth into every nook and cranny of the big chicken coop was so much fun.
[At least I'm unlikely to get red mite now.]

[My exMIL died earlier this year.

I do recognise how hard she tried to do the right thing when she thought about it, but she really annoyed me by not recognising that her precious son was actually grown up and married and that the most tactful thing she could do would be to but out and keep her opinions to herself.
I suspect our marriage might have lasted longer if she had stopped treating him as a child (e.g. sending him home from visits with food parcels) and telling me I was responsible for 'looking after' him as if he were mentally incompetent etc. etc. etc.]

Of course I know how to recover the file with all tri-baby's first communion photos from the laptop. I know exactly why it has vanished from my desktop and am confident I can get the photos back. I'm also sure that my SIL who took them still has them all on the chip thing and it will be no problem to get copies from Italy.

[oh phew! Finally found them after searching everywhere. I'd somehow moved them into Computer/Windows operating system folder. I don't even know what that does. But at least I have them back. Off to back them up now...]

[Thank goodness you found them ITG! Back up in a couple of places to be on the safe side]

[Big hugs LindsD]

Right, so you'll come round to ours for between 7-7.30 has suddenly turned into "I'm on the train, can meet you in town"...fair enough, but when you then say that you'll be there in 15 minutes when the train takes at least 30 from where you live...didn't it occur to you to let us know before you got on the train, or at least when you first got on it?

[it is not just mothers of boys. My mother is also an overbearing, controlling, hyper-critical PITA. She is a nightmare when she visits.]
